The inaugural Energy Asia Awards offer a new, exciting platform for Energy Asia as the series grows its offerings to ensure an inclusive energy transition.
Energy Asia 2025 is more than a conference—it’s a platform for experts, visionaries, and leaders in the energy sector. It aims to bring together over 5,000 participants and 180 speakers from more than 54 countries, to deliver Asia’s energy transition.
With a focus on fostering actionable solutions, the conference is dedicated to shaping a sustainable and equitable future for the entire region.

The Trailblazer Award honours projects that significantly impact social aspects of the energy transition, enhancing:
- Education: Initiatives that build capacity and knowledge.
- Environment: Efforts that positively impact the ecological landscape.
Energy Security, Affordability, and Accessibility: Ensuring comprehensive access to sustainable energy solutions.
Entries will demonstrate:
- Alignment: Matches entity’s goals, uses social impact standards.
- Innovation: Unique solutions for energy transition challenges.
- Impact: Tackles social inequalities, empowers marginalised groups.
- Replicability: Can be applied in various contexts.
- Sustainability: Long-term benefits for communities and the entity.
- Timescale: Activity in 2023-2024, evaluated over 2-5 years.
